Planning permission was gained to build a 3000ft bespoke house consisting of 4 bedrooms, 1 ensuite, family bathroom, large kitchen diner with vaulted double height ceilings including a mezzanine level living area, utility room, cinema room, playroom, gym and downstairs shower room. The house benefits from underfloor heating downstairs, air-conditioning and has solar panels.

Outside was completed with limestone patios and paths, a heated outside covered seating area attached to the house, a separate 500sqft outside oak framed kitchen and eating area, and a stone driveway with electric sliding gates
